A Note on Our Goals

At Sparks, we see our mission as developing the rowing world. We interview for our coxswain school – as well as our guidance and college counseling process. While we’re very interested in hearing from you, we consider each student and limit our clientele to those we believe will gain most from their rowing experience while making a positive impact in that environment. We do consider collegiate athletes and masters for our coxswain school.

We’re not as concerned with volume as we are with making an impact; we’re not interested in short-term profits as much as sustainable success for the community, our clients, and ourselves – if that excites you, we’d enjoy hearing from you.

We provide two scholarships per class year based on financial and personal factors.
